Customer Support Representative
Job Description :
Startek is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outbound voice process team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to contribute to our dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets while ensuring high-quality service.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and achieve team goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Graduates and undergraduates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Morning shifts only.
6 days of work per week with 1 day off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
