Customer Support Executive
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering their questions, and providing product or service information. They ensure customer satisfaction, maintain positive relationships, and handle inquiries or complaints efficiently to improve the overall customer experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Detailed Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer Support
Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
KPI : Percentage of inquiries resolved on the first contact.
Outcome : Improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Following Company Policies & Rules
Adhere to attendance and roster schedules, and apply for leaves as per the defined process in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the Team Leader to reassign tasks in case of sudden absence to ensure workflow continuity.
Manage data responsibly, ensuring no leakage or sharing of private information, adhering to company rules and laws.
KPI : Compliance with attendance policies and data management protocols.
Outcome : Smooth operations and secure handling of company and client information.
Customer Satisfaction
Maintain high service standards to deliver superior customer experiences.
KPI : Positive recognition and feedback from clients.
Outcome : Higher customer satisfaction ratings and stronger client relationships.
General
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Outcome : Contributing to overall team success and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Key Requirements:
Graduate degree in any field
Strong communication skills in English
Attention to detail
Basic proficiency in MS Excel
Typing speed of 25 WPM with 98% accuracy

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
