Customer Support Associate
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record customer interactions and update customer accounts.
- Assist in troubleshooting product/service issues and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support role (Fresher candidates with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
