Tele Caller Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set up a meeting with our sales team. The role involves maintaining call records, building customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain customer information and call logs.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
- Prior tele-calling experience is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Kolkata District, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Required)
- sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
