Telesales Executive
- Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Handling Inbound Calls: Answering incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, orders, or complaints.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Data Entry: Accurately recording details of customer interactions and transactions.
- Sales and Promotion: Persuading customers to buy products or services and achieving sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Addressing customer queries and resolving issues or complaints.
- Follow-ups: Conducting follow-up calls to maintain customer interest or address pending issues
- Having a knowledge of Excel and Tally is an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
