We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Experienced Tele-caller to join our team. As a Tele-caller, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products/services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up on interested prospects.
Answer questions about our products/services and address customer concerns.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
Record customer information and maintain detailed records of calls and conversations.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help refine sales strategies.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Having experience in the immigration field is a Plus.
Requirements:
Bachelor's (Preferred).
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role in immigration service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
