Customer Sucess Representative (Male)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Analysis
· Accurately enter product details, pricing information, and other data into the e-commerce platform or database.
· Update and maintain existing records, ensuring data consistency.
· Create and maintain documentation for data entry procedures and standards.
Customer Support
· Respond to customer enquiry via voice process.
· Resolve customer queries and assist with product information.
· Deal with international clients via call.
Eligibility Criteria:
. The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM/BCA/BE/MCA/MBDA or any other relevant qualification.
. Experience: 0-1 years/ Fresher’s with dynamic personality.
. He should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and E-mail correspondence.
. Fluency in English communication is mandatory.
.Strong interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
