Handle incoming customer calls from international clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions on products/services.
Answer questions related to orders, billing, service status, product features, and technical troubleshooting.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the case until resolution.
Provide accurate information to customers and follow up on any pending cases.
Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout all interactions, ensuring a great customer experience.
Educate customers on the company's products/services and recommend upgrades or additional services based on customer needs.
Effectively communicate customer feedback and insights to improve products, processes, or services.
Eligibility Criteria: . The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM/BCA/BE/MCA/ MBDA or any other relevant qualification. . Experience: 0-1 years/ Fresher’s with dynamic personality. . He should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and E-mail correspondence. . Fluency in English communication is mandatory. .Strong interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon.
