- Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Education: Graduation ( passing year 2020 - 2024) or 10th with 3 years of diploma ( passing year 2021-2024) or 12th with 3 years of diploma ( passing year 2021-2024)
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle various types of customer interactions and adapt to changing work conditions.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts as per US time zones.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
