Job Description: We are seeking a highly professional and experienced FemaleCustomer Relationship Executive to manage communication with both domestic and international clients. This position is critical in building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, possess excellent communication skills in English, and be able to multitask effectively. Candidates must also have a solid understanding of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. Salary will be decided based on the experience and knowledge of the candidate. Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls to both domestic and international clients. You will be required to attend client inquiries, offer assistance, and resolve issues via telephone with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
Email & Chat Support: Manage communication through emails and live chat, ensuring quick response times and a high level of client satisfaction. You must be able to write clear, concise, and well-structured emails in English.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing consistent support and resolving any concerns. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
MS Office Proficiency: The position requires the ability to use MS Word to create and format client documents, MS Excel to manage and analyze data, and MS Power Point to prepare presentations. Basic working knowledge of these tools is essential for day-to-day tasks.
Multitasking: You must be able to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously while managing your workload efficiently. Being organized and maintaining attention to detail will be crucial for this role.
