Sales Representative
Dokitti, a leading pet care company, is looking for an experienced and professional Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, and preferably a deep understanding of the pet care industry. We are seeking a candidate who is 35+ years old, highly motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to drive sales and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow B2B and B2C sales channels for Dokitti’s product portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer client queries, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through exceptional communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
- 35+ years old with 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pet products industry.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to drive sales, meet targets, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- A high level of expertise in managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
- Knowledge of pet products is preferred but not mandatory.
