- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
- Update and maintain customer records with accurate account information.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales/target goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma (HSC) or a graduate degree.
- Self-commute to the office (on-site job).
