Civil Construction Supervisor
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Project Oversight:
- Supervise daily construction activities and operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Team Management:
- Lead and coordinate a team of workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities based on project needs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and address any issues or defects in construction.
- Safety Management:
- Enforce safety regulations and practices on-site.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
- Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
- Budget Monitoring:
- Track project expenses and ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
- Report any variances and recommend solutions.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and materials used.
- Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
- Make quick decisions to keep the project on track.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Assist with inspections from regulatory bodies.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
