Site Supervisor (Civil)

- Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed according to the project plan, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor the progress of the project and ensure that timelines are met.
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the quality standards set by the company.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
- Work closely with the project manager to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and manpower deployment.
- Prepare and submit site reports, including progress updates and any issues encountered.
- Identify and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement solutions effectively.
- Manage the use of materials, labor, and equipment to optimize productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure that all resources are available and properly allocated to meet project deadlines.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of on-site experience in real estate construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Candidates already residing in Goa
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
