Installation and maintenance: Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of street lights, including poles, fixtures, cables, and junction boxes
Quality: Ensure quality and material handling
Coordination: Coordinate with seniors and mobilize resources
Planning: Plan execution processes and prepare method statements
Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental protection, and information security regulations
Reporting: Provide continuous progress reports and resolve problems
Communication: Communicate with all parties involved, including clients and third parties
Design review: Support the engineering team in reviewing designs before implementation
Document monitoring: Monitor construction documents by third parties
A lighting supervisor may also need to:
Have several years of experience in the lighting department
Understand CG rendering techniques and technologies
Be passionate about cinematography, film, cameras, photography, and aesthetics
Have a technical understanding of light and color
Have good organizational skills
Be able to manage a busy team
Be able to assess and implement lighting pipeline requirements
