Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Research and write news articles, features, and reports on local, national, and international events.
- Conduct interviews with sources, including witnesses, officials, and experts, to gather information.
- Verify facts and data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Stay updated on current events and trends to identify newsworthy stories.
- Collaborate with editors, producers, and other reporters to develop story ideas and enhance coverage.
- Attend and cover press conferences, public meetings, and other events as needed.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to share stories and engage with the audience.
- Meet deadlines and handle multiple stories simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to ethical journalism standards and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a news reporter or in a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital media and social networking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with journalistic ethics and legal considerations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
