Job Description: CDP - Continental Chef
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes following standard recipes and presentation techniques.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards for flavor and presentation.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to kitchen standards.
Manage portion control and waste management to ensure food cost control and minimize wastage.
Ensure the kitchen meets all safety and sanitation standards according to company policies.
Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring a creative and innovative approach to Continental cuisine.
Oversee the daily operations of the Continental section, ensuring smooth coordination with other kitchen sections.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, coordinating with the purchasing department.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CDP or in a similar role specializing in Continental cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
A passion for cooking and attention to detail in plating and presentation.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
