GSA (F&B)
- Guest Interaction & Service:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all guests’ needs are met during their dining experience.
- Attend to guests' queries, concerns, or special requests, providing solutions to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Order Management:
- Ensure the timely and efficient processing of orders from the kitchen or bar.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared according to guest preferences (e.g., dietary restrictions, special requests).
- Assist in managing and preparing the mise-en-place for the shift, including setting up tables and service stations.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring tables are set, cleared, and sanitized after use.
- Ensure utensils, plates, glassware, and other items are clean, well-stocked, and readily available.
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards, including compliance with food safety regulations.
- Billing and Payment:
- Present the bill to the guest in a timely manner and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers to address any issues or special guest requests.
- Upselling & Promotions:
- Suggest daily specials or recommend dishes and beverages based on guest preferences.
- Promote in-house offers and new menu items to boost sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
