Commi I - Continental (For leading microbrewery)
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Food Preparation:
- Prepping ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces according to recipes.
- Assisting in preparing various types of continental dishes (e.g., pasta, grilled meats, risottos, pizza, salads and sauces etc).
- Cooking:
- Cooking dishes as per the instructions of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Maintaining Hygiene Standards:
- Ensuring that the kitchen maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assisting Senior Chefs:
- Supporting senior chefs during service by preparing ingredients or assisting with cooking tasks.
- Helping to plate and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
