Key Responsibilities:
Counselling & Lead Conversion:
Reach out to prospective students via phone calls, emails, or other platforms to provide counselling regarding various educational programs.
Understand the needs and preferences of students and provide tailored solutions to guide them in making informed decisions about course enrollments.
Convert leads generated through various marketing channels into successful admissions.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Work with monthly/quarterly sales targets to achieve enrollment numbers for assigned courses/programs.
Effectively follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to meet sales goals.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest programs and courses offered by the Ed Tech platform.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to students and parents about curriculum, course outcomes, and job opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with students throughout the admission process.
Assist with queries and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the students.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and conversion status in the CRM system.
Regularly update the database with fresh leads and track progress.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 6 months of experience in Ed Tech sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
