Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, answering questions related to the admissions process, academic programs, financial aid, and campus life.
• Conduct individual and group admissions counseling sessions to help students understand the university's offerings, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Assist students in completing their applications, reviewing materials to ensure accuracy and completeness, and guiding them through the submission process.
• Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to engage with prospective students and build rapport.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including attending college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and track their progress through the admissions process.
• Stay up-to-date on university policies, programs, and admission requirements to effectively counsel students and address their concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of higher education admissions processes and procedures
• Experience in college admissions or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using technology and various digital platforms for communication and data management
