Admission Counselor
Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹8,798.30 - ₹28,218.84 per month
Experience:
- Provide information and guidance to prospective students and families about the admissions process & academic programs..
- Review and evaluate applications for admission, including transcripts, test scores, and personal essays.
- Conduct individual and group interviews with prospective students.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, open houses, and high school visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist with developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in college admissions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as education, counseling, or communication).
- Experience working in admissions, higher education, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of academic programs, college admissions requirements, and financial aid processes.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of students and families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
