Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience and should be able to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to provide information, offer services, or collect feedback.
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide solutions to their queries or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Identify and escalate issues to the relevant department if required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Promote products and services by offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and focused.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Familiarity with the local market in Faridabad is a plus.
