Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Supervision:
o Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to interior construction and renovation projects.
o Ensure that the work is carried out as per the approved design specifications and quality standards.
o Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of projects.
2. Quality Control:
o Monitor the quality of materials used and ensure they meet the required standards.
o Conduct regular inspections to check the quality of work and rectify any issues promptly.
o Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
o Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
o Coordinate with different teams such as electricians, carpenters, painters, etc., to ensure smooth workflow.
o Manage the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring timely availability of resources on-site.
4. Budget and Cost Management:
o Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for interior projects.
o Track and report on project expenses, ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.
5. Client Interaction:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed about project progress.
o Conduct site visits with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain daily site reports, documenting progress, issues, and resolutions.
o Report to the project manager and senior management on project status and any potential delays or issues.
