Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with 2 years of experience to join our team. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations and ensure that construction projects progress smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors and other Vendors.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the construction site. Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project plans and specifications. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Manage subcontractors and ensure they perform according to agreed schedules and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and site walks to identify and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation of site activities. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or related industry. Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce. Strong understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
