Your everyday work-life
- Conduct tenders (RFI’s & RFP’s) for projects concerning indirect purchases with focus on IT projects
- Negotiate with existing or future suppliers
- Evaluate all indirect suppliers according to Company’s Purchasing Policy
- Manage and maintain of the supplier’s database
- Monitor and evaluate of supplier performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Adopt and use of modern tools and technologies to improve the procurement procedures
As an ideal fit, you should have
- Previous work experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of English language
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with SAP and/or expenses management tools
- Team spirit
