We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency with BI tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and business insights.

Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of business performance.

Business Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategies and decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and deliver insights.

Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance data analysis processes.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database management.

Proficiency with SQL and data querying languages.

Experience with statistical analysis and data mining is a plus.
