Job Description
Scorpios is looking for a Procurement Assistant to assist in daily operations of Purchasing Department. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Scorpios is looking for a Procurement Assistant to assist in daily operations of Purchasing Department. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily purchases from retailers for various items.
- Check quality and quantity of the receiving products.
- Conducting inventory lists of the CAPEX and OPEX equipment.
- Coordination with other departments.
- Communicating errors to Head of Purchasing Department.
- Loading and wrapping stock in warehouse.
- Ready to address diverse events that come up and handle shopping tasks as needed at any given moment.
- On a daily basis, we monitor the warehouse stock located both in Scorpio and beyond, ensuring coverage of the store's daily needs.
- You will be responsible for entering invoices into the procurement system (Materials Control).
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration/Logistics will be considered a plus
- Working Experience in a similar position at hospitality industry for at least 1 year
- Interest in Procurement
- Fluency in English will be considered an asset
- Physically capable
