As a Procurement Assistant, your role's purpose is to ensure efficient delivery of products from our Warehouses to Store operations. You will maintain efficient inventory levels due to effective ordering flow. What you will focus on

Monitor the effectiveness' of ordering and inventories' level
Edit System's data on new product codes
Forecast replenishment needs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs
Execute adhoc order needs to ensure stores' storage
Communicate with external partners for procurement needs
What you have

Vocational training in business administration or any relevant field. BSc is considered a plus
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
MS Office literacy, advanced user of MS Excel formulas is mandatory.
