As a warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will actively participate a large range of warehouse operations.

The role requires the ability to manage large teams and cooperates effectively with the rest of the departments.

We are looking for a talented person, with strong people management skills and attention to detail, who want to be part of an amazing team.

What you will focus on

Responsible for the proper management of a large group of warehouse employees, schedules working hours, shifts and employee leaves
Coordinates and ensures the proper functioning of the warehouse (process of receiving - storing products, picking orders, loading goods) while observing the required procedures
Controls product hygiene and safety conditions
Regulates and allocates the daily tasks of warehouse employees
Monitors the proper compliance for hygiene and safety rules of warehouse staff
Monitors Warehouse Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Reports for the outcomes through Warehouse Management Systems
Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
2-5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company.
Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience in ERP Systems, WMS
Very good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
