Key Accountabilities

Controls, categorizes and registers purchasing invoices in our ERP system

Communicates with suppliers for balances and resolves issues

Reconciles Suppliers’ accounts

Communicates with Material Management, Warehouse and Tax Control departments, to resolve issues concerning supplier invoices

Supports daily accounting tasks

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

1-2 years experience in a similar position is a prerequisite

Advanced skills of MS Office

Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus

Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
