Key Accountabilities

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst ( Cost Controlling Administrator) to support Company’s planning, reporting & forecasting process. You will prepare management reports, execute cost monitoring and controlling activities, participate in the budget development, enabling decision making through the provision of accurate financial information. The position is based in Oinofyta Voiotia and reports to the Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Accountabilities

Participates in the Management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes

Performs cost controlling / monitoring and cooperates with all departments for the analysis of the variances compared to budgeted and prior year figures

Contributes to the preparation of regular management & financial reports, to provide management with accurate and timely financial information

Participates in the preparation of ad hoc reports, presentations and projects to support management’s decisions

Participates in the budget development, review and analysis

Performs periodic activities as part of the period-end and year-end closing procedures

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field

Skilled in information and Reporting systems (SAP FI-CO knowledge and any reporting tool will be considered a plus)

Two years relevant working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Understanding of accounting concepts and IFRS, costing procedures, current financial subjects and business environment

Excellent Command in Greek and English Language (written-spoken)

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
