Responsibilities:
Manages matters related to corporate clients, at all stages of the purchasing process (pre-sale, sale, after-sale), based on modern principles and practices of sales and customer service
Undertakes the finding of new external partnerships that will be appropriate in the company's strategy, with the aim of promoting electricity, natural gas and additional energy services
Presents and monitors integrated energy solutions to corporate clients that will add value to them and meet their expectations including combined offers for the supply of electricity, natural gas and other energy products or services
Communicates with corporate customers to record their needs, monitors the degree of their satisfaction with the Company and collects and processes all data deemed necessary for the achievement of the goal, combined with the protection of the interests of the Company
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technological Educational Institute or College in Natural or Economics or Social or Political or Theoretical studies
Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration or relevant subject will be considered an additional qualification
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Product/Service Sales positions in industries such as indicatively Telecommunications or Energy or Food or Technology Products
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with existing or prospective partners/customers
Knowledge and use of Power BI or/and CRM (Salesforce) will be considered an additional qualification
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point) & Internet
Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
Availability in case of emergency geographical movements
