The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department and manage general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
Manage recruitment and selection processes.
Support employee training and development initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records.
Resolve labor law issues and handle employee complaints.
Organize and coordinate corporate events and meetings.
General Affairs:
Oversee daily operational and administrative functions.
Participate in HR and General Admin projects and initiatives.
Manage schedules, control systems, and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle information management and documentation.
Support employee relations activities, including organizing events and facilitating communication.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, liaising with travel agencies.
Qualifications:
University degree.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR procedures.
Ability to efficiently manage projects and operate in a transformative and high-speed environment; previous experience with localization projects is a plus.
Proficiency in Greek & English.
Strong communication skills.
Detailed oriented.
