The Role
The suitable candidate will be responsible for:

The Role
The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily functions through department managers to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Achieving Financial Objectives, align operations with the annual budget and business plan to meet financial targets
- Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies that drive the hotel’s growth, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
- Acting as a liaison between the organisation and key clients, ensuring quality standards are met and client satisfaction is achieved
- Operational Budget Management ensures that the company has the necessary resources to meet its objectives while maintaining financial health
- Collaborating with C-LEVEL Executives to accomplish both short- and long-term operational and business goals, ensuring a cohesive strategy across departments
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a high-performing or luxury environment
- Exceptional command of English demonstrated in both oral and written communication
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant IT systems to support operational efficiency
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve operational performance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Reference letters from previous employers are required
