Reporting to the Head of HR the right incumbent, will be part of the Human Resources Team who will ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Department in relation to HR policies, practices and procedures on local basis and be a part of Regional HR community.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Support the implementation of human resources policies & processes across the company.
Support HR initiatives such as recruitment, talent acquisition and performance.
Support the preparation, design and implementation of the annual training plan. Prepare reports reflecting KPIs in training.
Support the recruiting process, prepare job requisitions, post job vacancies, schedule interviews. Maintain CV and job applicants’ database.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports to meet internal customer needs.
Participate in EMEA HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
University degree in HR/ Economics/ Business Administration
3 years of professional experience in a relevant position
Previous experience in a multinational environment will be considered as a plus
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel and power point)
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Ability to co-operate effectively with colleagues across all levels
High level of initiative and self-motivation
Team player with very good communication skills
Ability to set priorities
