As we grow, we are always looking for more skilled individuals, and now we need a Team Coach to join our team. Our Team Coaches guide our development teams, help our Product Managers with prioritisation, and lead planning and work for their development teams.

In this job you will

Work with our engineering teams, guiding and coaching the work of our developers
-
Facilitate the teams and product managers in planning and executing our products
-
Be the manager of your engineering teams; guiding and coaching individuals and personal development, removing blockers, and also recruiting new people

Improve ways of working and processes together with the other Team Coaches
You will need to have
-
Experience in coaching software development teams in an Agile setting
-
Skills in managing and guiding individuals and teams, preferably in an engineering or development setting
-
Clear presentation, facilitation, and process documentation skills
-
The attitude and skills to remove blockers and foster collaboration in and between teams
We also appreciate
-
A comfortability with a changing and growing environment
-
Knowledge and understanding of the cloud industry in general, as well as cloud infrastructure products
-
Background with developing ways of working at an organisation level
-
Understanding and skills of taking strategy and goals into day-to-day work
-
Interest and skills working with and shaping company culture
