Professional cleaner team leader

We are looking for a professional cleaner for our housekeeping department, we hope that you have already some experience on similar tasks, as you would be also the team leader for our small housekeeping department. During winter season we have a separate agreement with a cleaning company.
Your role would include:

During winter season, the focus is mostly cleaning common areas in the resort
You will take care of your team so that they know what is on the agenda
You will closely cooperate with front office
Monitor cleaning results from our own cleaning team as well as third-party cleaners

What we hope from you:

Flexibility
Previous experience being a cleaner and possibly leading a team
Driver's license is a big plus, as there are two villages, east and west and the distance bethween these is around 5km, cleaning happens in both of the villages.
Cooperation skills
Cabability to speak English understandably (Finnish language is not mandatory but preferred)
