If you answered yes, you might be the person we are looking for! As an HR Coordinator, your primary responsibility would be to ensure a top-quality employee experience at Up Cloud. In practice, this means;
Assisting in managing employee lifecycle matters and answering everyday inquiries from our employees.
Assisting in international payroll activities, and act as a backup in payroll when needed.
Maintaining important people data, ensuring all relevant systems are up to date.
Manage, create and update relevant documents, reports and records ensuring good data quality.
Manage and coordinate employee benefits.
Assist in organising company events.
The HR Coordinator will be an essential part of our people operations team, assisting and participating in all of our team’s activities. One of the first bigger projects you would participate in, is ensuring data quality and document management as part of our upcoming HRM system renewal project.
Relevant work experience in HR and employee lifecycle management
Experience in payroll activities is seen beneficial
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Proactive working style and a builder mindset - you want to work in a growth company!
Interest in international employee lifecycle topics
Organising skills and interest in data management
What we offer
Based on your experience the annual salary in this role is between 36 000 - 42 000€ / year.

You will report to the Senior HR manager and work closely with our HR Specialist and other members of the People Operations team. Currently, the whole People Operations team is based in Helsinki, and working in a hybrid model based on business needs.
