Wedding & Event Coordinator
Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, home of the iconic Glass Igloos is an enchanting and well-known destination located 250 km north of the Arctic Circle in Finnish Lapland. We are now looking for a full-time wedding & event coordinator with a contract until further notice.
Your daily tasks would include communicating with the wedding couples (via email, online meetings, face to face) and making sure their special day is successful from start to finish. You will take care of the customer from their first contact until they leave from the resort.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a wedding/event coordinator.
- A person who can coordinate weddings independently
- Able to function also in situations where there are many ad hoc changes
- Creative and idea-rich
- Capability to create more sales
- Can do-attitude
- Capability to take photos
- Customer service oriented and easy to approach
- Excellent skills in written and spoken English, Finnish language skill is a plus as well as other languages
- Good cooperation skills
- Good IT skills.
- Capability to cooperate with people from different cultures all around the world.
- Drivers license (B)
