We are currently looking for an Event Marketeer & Coordinator to our Finnish team, organising Comic Con Finland and FFCR Helsinki. We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible and outgoing. As an Event Marketeer & Coordinator at Easyfairs, no two days look the same. In your role you will work part time with marketing and communication; being a content creator, a digital marketeer and work with visuals, and part time with supporting our Event Master with various project related tasks. This is a hybrid role, which means we work both from the office and from home. You are expected to work from the office in Helsinki together with the team at least one day per week, normally Mondays, but sometimes more days are needed in the office. Language skills
Fluency in spoken and written Finnish is a requirement
Fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement
Swedish is a plus
Responsibilities
You are comfortable with digital developments and like to evolve in line with the trends so that you feel confident about carrying out your tasks. You will have to have a structured, time-efficient way of working as this is often a fast-paced environment. In brief, the role entails:

The team aims to create successful, highly valued events and this requires excellent team spirit and good collaboration. Being inquisitive, creative and outgoing are qualities that we value. As we work in an industry that is constantly evolving, it is important to have a flexible attitude to changes and quick decisions.
We think that you are at the beginning of your career and have worked for a few years. You must have a talent for writing texts for our web pages and newsletters and have a good eye for graphics. You are used to work with social media, both in content creation and production of pictures/videos. You like coordination and structure and organisation are natural parts of how you work. A basic knowledge of In Design, Photoshop, Canva and Wordpress is a major plus. More about Easyfairs
