Job Description
- Strong follow-up on the technical forecasting.
- Follow-up on the operations efficiency and productivity.
- Align with the global WFM teams on a local level to make sure that the DNA of global WFM is in place.
- Contribute in the site budgeting processes.
- Align with the Client/HR and OPS teams in terms of the business requirements (Hiring, Seats & Assets) to make sure that the required resources are allocated in the correct place.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in the workforce field.
- High technical and Supervision skills are required.
- People oriented.
- Good use of power BI.
- Excellent use of MS Excel.
- Very high analytical skills
- High awareness of payroll processes.
- Good performance management.
