Follow-up on the operations efficiency and productivity.
Align with the global WFM teams on a local level to make sure that the DNA of global WFM is in place.
Contribute in the site budgeting processes.
Align with the Client/HR and OPS teams in terms of the business requirements (Hiring, Seats & Assets) to make sure that the required resources are allocated in the correct place.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in the workforce field.
High technical and Supervision skills are required.
