About this opportunity
We are now looking for a VAS(Value Added Service) Service Engineer who will be responsible for developing new VAS services to fulfill customer requirements.

What you will do

Responsible for VAS Services Development, Planning and Optimization.
Providing technical support, training and documentation for all VAS services and solutions.
Responsible for new Systems/Services planning, sizing, and capacity assessment.
Designing VAS services and features according to customer needs within agreed timeline.
Coordinating new features with other teams prioritizing functionalities and business needs.
Creating technical LLDs for all network services, features and new designs.
Responsible for the optimization of VAS network KPIs and traffic trends enhancement.
Analyzing the network traffic and configuration to expose network gaps and misconfigurations.
Providing technical solution for all network issues and problems that comply with customer requirements.

You will bring

Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, IT, Telecom)
Required Experience 2+ years in the same field
Minimum 2years of experience in VAS, Antispam
Experience in Missed call notification, call filter, USSD, WSMS
