About this opportunity We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects. You will secure that project goals are met, Customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. You will be a Customer Project Manager with NRO RAN Rollout experience and have 8+ years of project management experience. What you will do
Be accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope, time, cost and risk.
Be Required to lead and manage diverse delivery teams for the assigned telecom circle. Establish the project baseline plan defining project scope, securing necessary resources, developing delivery plans and monitoring all activities.
Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues,
Ensure weekly and monthly project status reporting highlighting gap’s, risk mitigation plans with support required. Be recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary to right stakeholders,
Handle customer and partner engagement and manage customer relationships building confidence and trust. Be required to ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
Ensure that required resources for execution are on boarded with right competence.
Ensure that Ericsson guidelines (for Project Management) are deployed and measure their effective compliance within the organization.
Handle project finance ensuring periodic financial system monitoring and KPI adherence in Global Chronos(GC)
Track site acceptance and invoicing on a monthly basis along with GRN.
Develop the business by exploring Add-on-Sales opportunities. Resolve cross-functional issues at project level.
Develop the CPM discipline by encouraging and driving automation adoption to simplify processes, methods, and incorporating the correct tools with creative ideas.
Produce the appropriate project documentation including evaluate project requirements, identify, and resolve ambiguities, and create all required documentation including but not limited to scope statements, project schedules, risk mitigation plans, issue logs, status, and cost reports to be presented to internal and external customers. (Eri-doc Updates and GC tool compliances)
Ensure compliance to all processes defined in Ericsson’s’ ways of working (PDB, OHS, PTW, RSA, NSS, Checklist, Site audit, Monthly inventory signoff etc.)
Be responsible for monthly governance internal and external.
You will bring
At least 8+ years of overall work experience in Project Management. People and Business Skills, ITIL Process knowledge.
Readiness to travel 10-30 % travel annually. Preparedness to work on extended hours to meet project requirements
Experience in Project rollout RAN, MW, Swap experience is mandatory.
Excellent Interpersonal skills. Good experience of presenting to Senior Stakeholder in client organization.
Have solid experience and knowledge across PM methodologies and the disciplines contained within, with a focus on cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
