The Team Leader for 2nd Level operations Network Security is working within Operations, reporting to BO Core & IP domain Manager. The 2nd Level operations Network Security Team Leader will work in close connection and alignment with all Team Leaders, MSIP and any other units and organizations needed.

The 2nd Level operations Network Security Team Leader will work in close connection and alignment with all Team Leaders, MSIP and any other units and organizations needed.
What you will do
- Providing a critical issue point for all KPI performance and operational deviations towards assigned customers.
- Coaching people and making sure they are on a growing path.
- To motivate people professionally and to encourage them for improvements.
- Continuously improve the productivity and the quality of the service provided
- Put in place development plans or improvement plans where needed
- Put in place rewards and recognition according to the process
- Proper communication of strategies and management decisions
You will bring
- To lead a team of young Network Security engineers
- Handle Customer issues and major projects.
- Responsible for Security Domain disaster recovery and contingency plans
- Responsible for life cycle management.
- Leading the work within the 2nd Level Operations team according to the MS blueprint and the new MSTOP definitions.
- Planning and organizing the work of team members in a way that enhances efficiency and primes quality in accordance with KPIs and customer expectations.
- 5-10 years of experience
