Sales Team Leader

Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Real Estate
Location: El Sheikh Zayed
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. You will also play a key role in developing relationships with clients and promoting our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
  • Monitor team performance through key metrics and provide feedback and training for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create strong lead-generation campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, strategies, and performance.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and opportunities to senior management.
  • Handle complex negotiations with high-profile clients.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, sales process, and client management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
