Responsibilities:- - Manage, lead, and mentor engineer(s) and/or technician(s). - Establish detailed plans for product projects. - Able to manage multiple projects in varying stages of process execution with knowledge, expertise, and motivation to succeed. - Design review from concept to detailed drawings. - Review the mechanics delivery Package. - Coordinate technical personnel and their activities involved in developing new and improved products and manufacturing processes. - Develop and implement product concepts and ideas from customers and marketing into executable project requirements. - Prototype and develop proof of concept designs, disease models and test methods. - Establish, track and report of project plans through use of established Project Management Tools (Checkpoint process) and use of best project management practices (Schedules / resource plan / project tracking). - Interface and coordinate follow ups with Marketing, Product Line, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, supply chain and outside suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all project requirements / deliverables. - Responsible for identifying and prioritizing critical activities needed to achieve project objectives and responsible for managing risk proactively. - Monitor the Mechanics team Performance. - Perform design verification plan . - On-time execution of Project Launch schedule, Project budget control and monitoring Project Quality. - Prepare the reports of the projects status and productivity of the Mechanics Team. Knowledge,Skills,and Experience:- - Bachelor`s degree in Mechanics Engineering. - +8 years experience with 4 years of experience in mechanical product design and manufacturing processes. - Professional in using Solid Work and AUTOCAD. - Good knowledge about plastic design. - Good knowledge about design for manufacturing DFM and Assembly(DFA). - Awareness with ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1. - Excellent problem-solving abilities,analytical skills,and design thinking . - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
