As a Hiring Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and the company. Your primary focus will be recruiting sales candidates across five countries, conducting online interviews, and facilitating online onboarding training. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full hiring process for sales candidates across multiple countries
Develop and manage engaging job postings to attract top talent
Screen resumes and conduct thorough online interviews
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
Facilitate online onboarding training for new hires
Contribute to global sourcing and recruitment efforts to build a high-performing sales team
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting, especially for sales professionals
Strong expertise in sourcing strategies for identifying top sales talent
Excellent communication, interviewing, and onboarding skills
Ability to work independently and manage the hiring process efficiently
Good understanding of the sales industry and its recruitment dynamics
