Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers through various sales techniques, including presentations, product samples, and online demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product management, and customer support, to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software or other tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress against sales targets to sales management
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tech field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using Whats App messenger for business communication.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
