Social Media Specialist
Are you a seasoned Social Media Specialist Expert with a passion for tech innovation? Join our fast-growing startup tech company as a Social Media Specialist and make a significant impact on our diverse tech accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: Develop, plan, and create engaging content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In.
● Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, ensuring content is regularly updated and consistent with brand guidelines.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, followers) to assess performance and suggest improvements.
● Trends & Insights: Stay up to date with current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
● Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
● Brand Advocacy: Monitor and manage online reviews and user-generated content to enhance the company’s reputation and build brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
● 1-2years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
● Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics s a plus.
● Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
● Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
